B&W Fitness Pancakes

B&W Fitness Pancakes

1 full egg and 3 egg whites
1/4 cup of almond milk
1 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of chocolate whey protein
1/2 cup of vanilla whey protein
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Add Stevia to taste
Chopped almonds
Coconut oil
Sugar free maple syrup

Mix the eggs, almond flour, almond milk, stevia in a blender. Split it in two separate bowls. Mix one bowl with cocoa powder and chocolate whey protein. Mix the other bowl with vanilla and vanilla whey protein.
Add a little bit of coconut oil on a pan and cook them as you would cook regular pancakes.

Serve them shuffling colors. Add the chopped almonds and maple syrup on top.

Enjoy this super high protein-low carb breakfast that will keep your body full of energy and your cravings far away!

  1. It seems delicious and pretty simple to cook. I always have a problem with this kind of recipes: I’m really bat at separating whites from yolks ๐Ÿ™‚ any good tip for that?
