Fitness Chicken on Balsamic Treadmill

This is a super easy recipe ideal for dinner, with a perfect source of protein to serve with green vegetables salad.

Fitness chicken on balsamic treadmill

Ingredients:

1 small skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 to 1¼ pounds total)

1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

1/2 tablespoon of olive oil

black pepper

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 425 °F (220 °C). In a bowl, place the chicken breast, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and black pepper. Mix the ingredients and then place the chicken breast in a baking pan seasoning it with the entire mixture. Bake for 25 minutes.  Then serve with a green salad (lettuce and other nonstarchy veggies) and enjoy!

Esta es una receta súper fácil de hacer e  ideal para la cena, con una excelente fuente de proteína  perfecta  para acompañar con ensalada de hojas verdes y vegetales sin almidón.

Pollo fitness en caminadora balsámica

Ingredientes:

1 pechuga de pollo

1 cucharada de vinagre balsámico

1/2  cucharada de aceite de oliva

pimienta negra

Preparación:

Precalienta el horno a 425°F/220°C, en un bol coloca la pechuga de pollo, añade el aceite de oliva, el vinagre balsámico y la pimienta negra. Mezcla los ingredientes y finalmente coloca la pechuga de pollo en una bandeja para hornear roceando toda la mezcla. Hornea por 25 minutos. Acompaña esta rica receta con ensalada de hojas verdes y otros vegetales sin almidón. Sirve y disfruta.
